Seven Day Cabbage Soup Recipe Diet Plan

With the cabbage soup diet, you can eat all the cabbage soup you want (or should we say all you can stand!!). Below is the rest of the plan, day by day, and remember it''s only for seven days. Right after the plan you will see a link to our suggested cabbage soup recipes.

Day One:

Eat all the fruit you want except bananas. Drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water. To repeat, every day you can eat all the cabbage soup you want.

Day Two:

Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. No fruits. Avoid dry beans, peas and corn. For dinner have a big baked potato with butter.

Day Three:

Today eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No baked potato.

Day Four:

Believe it or not, remember I said this is also known as the banana diet. Eat up to EIGHT bananas plus all the skim milk you want!!! Soup too, of course.

Day Five:

This is beef and tomatoes day. Eat ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water this day. You may substitute broiled or baked chicken for the beef. Skin off the chicken.

Day Six:

Eat all the beef and vegetables you want on this day. Eat soup. But no baked potato today.

Day Seven:

Today you finish up with brown rice plus unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Eat all you want plus the soup.

That''s the cabbage soap recipe diet plan. I''ve done it. It''s not that hard, especially the bananas and milk day(!!), and after all it''s only for a few days. You will drop some pounds, which should motivate you to move on to a sustainable plan to get all the fat off and keep it off.
